Responsibilities

•Lead a team of engineers in the creation of innovative new products delivered on the web
•Contribute to the construction, design and architecture of solutions to hard technical problems
•Take responsibility and ownership for the quality of all deliverables
•Collaborate with the entire R&D team in effective and timely delivery of all projects

Required Skills

•Deep understanding of building highly scalable and highly available web applications
•Appreciation and successful implementation of test driven design on large software projects
•Knowledge of Object Oriented Analysis and Design with at least one of C#, Java or C++
•Experience with the following technologies, tools, and languages: ASP.NET, Web Services, Design Patterns, XML and JavaScript/Ajax.
•Strong relational database development (SQL Server preferred)
•Experience in building .NET Web Services and WCF Services are an asset
•Completed a post-secondary diploma or degree
